ABOUT ME

I am a professional glass artist and designer who moved from Melbourne to Canberra, Australia in 2020. Over the past two decades, I have developed my practice to become internationally recognised for my sculptural glass pieces.

My art practice is informed by the interconnections between the environment (built and natural), science, light and materiality. Since glass is a material that draws from both art and science, I enjoy exploring the use of glass in industry and looking at scientific and mathematical instruments including navigational equipment, slide rules and other calculating devices. My current research involves methods of measurement of nuclear disasters and threats where radiation is a central theme.
